We believe ourselves to be special to have “human” support. There is always someone in the regular staff that answers your phone call and you risk not getting into any automated “selection menu”. The coworker you reach have actively participated in the production of our systems and programs and can therefore have a reasonable dialogue with you directly. We do not employ any “specific” persons for support that matter is a mandatory part of our programmer’s tasks.
Do you need support, our office is manned weekdays 9 AM to 5 PM. At other times, please send an email or fax. To be able to assist you as quickly as possible, it is good if you can describe your question / problem in as much detail as possible.
